A Men boxer shorts membership (Originals of One) costs €9.99 per month and for a Boys boxer shorts membership you pay €8.99 per month.

For matching Socks you pay an extra €4.99 per month, in combination with an active boxer shorts membership. With an inactive boxer shorts membership they cost €8.99 per month.

You do not pay any shipping costs with us for free and/or monthly deliveries.

When registering, we ask you to link your payment details to your account. You pay £1 for this. We will refund the verification costs to your bank account within a few working days.

The verification is to link the payment details to the correct account and to prevent misuse. You can read more about this in our terms of use.

By verifying your payment details, you consent to the direct debit.

Are you receiving a message that you cannot change or add your payment details? This may be because your payment details are already known to us and you have previously created an account with us. You can only create an account once with your IBAN number.

Once your trial period has ended, the costs of your membership(s) will be debited every month around the 23rd by direct debit.

For this we use the account number that you linked when you registered. By verifying your payment method you agree to the monthly debits.

Are we unable to debit you from you around the 23rd due to circumstances? You will then receive several payment reminders from us by email, so that you can still make the payment.

Changing your payment details is very simple and can be arranged quickly and easily via your account. You pay £1 for this. This verification payment will be refunded to you within a few days.

It may happen that you have missed a payment, or that it cannot be debited. With an outstanding payment, boxer shorts and/or socks will not be delivered. You can pay the outstanding payment easily and quickly via your account, or via one of the payment reminders.

By verifying your payment details, you consent to the direct debit of the monthly costs. When canceling a membership, we apply a notice period and you have a payment obligation.

Are you unable to make the payment via the above options, is there a problem with your payment details or has the payment already been made? Let us know. We will help you to arrange this in time.

You can only stop a debit by pausing or stopping your membership. You can easily arrange this yourself in your account via 'Memberships'. By verifying your payment details, you have agreed to the monthly direct debits.

Outside the trial period we apply a notice period.

You will receive the free boxer shorts within 7 working days. Once you complete your registration, your delivery will be sent immediately.

The monthly products are always delivered in the month after the debit between the 17th and 23rd.

If you feel that you have missed a product, we recommend that you check your account Account check your address.

You will probably receive payment reminders because you have an outstanding payment with us.

If you have already paid an outstanding payment, we recommend that you wait a while, processing the payment can take up to 2 days.
